GROW IN SELF LOVE
The most important relationship in your life is your relationship with yourself. Self-care, self-esteem and maintaining a gentle and kind regard for yourself is critical for living a joyful life.

Many of us struggle with a negative voice in our head – the one that tells us that we are not good enough, or that we are stupid, or that we are bad. We are often harsh and judgmental to ourselves and can carry shame, resentment and unforgiveness to things which we have done from the past. We don't always treat our body kindly, and we sometimes struggle with our mental health, anxiety, loneliness or depression, Sometimes we say yes when we mean no, we betray ourselves by people pleasing or not speaking our truth.

In this nourishing 4-hour masterclass we will come together to explore what self-love means for you. We explore what gives you joy? What inspires you and what are the areas where you can explore deeper self love.

The masterclass will be an interactive and heartcentred experience where you will have a chance to look at the areas of your life that matter to you and learn simple practices that can deepen a more loving connection within.

The journey towards greater self-love is a lifelong path, one which if taken can radically improve your quality of life and the levels of healthy emotional intimacy that you attract in your life. As you deepen self love, all areas of your life can improve – your health, your romantic relationships, your career, passions, hobbies, friendships and finances.

Self-love begins with your relationship with your body, your mind, your heart and your soul and in this playful and fun masterclass you will learn simple tools, practices and techniques which if practiced can radically transform your relationship with yourself.

When we step back and self reflect we can watch some of our thoughts and see how much madness there is in our minds. In our every day activities of life be it academics, career or home we are rushing from one thing to another. Always needing to get somewhere else.

Lao Tzu's philosophy emphasises on stilling the mind. A still mind brings depth that ultimately supports self love.

Today when technology is advancing, are we growing in the way we think? Or has the quality of thoughts degraded due to the immeasurable amount of data we consume in trivial pieces of entertainment and information?

Taking time to think deeper and self reflect is so crucial in todays world where we are inundated with information overload.

We live in the age where there is a lot of distraction. Our attention and our thoughts are always in either the future or the past. Yet one of life's sharpest paradoxes is that the brightest future will be created by your ability to pay attention to the present, and take time out to go deeper.

Our thoughts define who we are and also influence our feelings. When we think vigorously and sensibly, our actions become more meaningful, valuable and focused. Quality thinking can help us create such beliefs that make acceptance of any obstacle in life easier.

Think deep, grow deeper and as a result, you will experience life in a more fulfilled manner.
