A Very Special Goodbye from Sally’s Childminding 💗

Over the summer we said a very special goodbye to one of our little ones who has been part of the Sally’s Childminding family since she was just a baby. 🥹💕

It has been such a privilege and joy to watch her grow, learn and develop over the years. From those early baby days to the confident, happy little girl she is today, we have made so many wonderful memories together. 🌸✨

Now it’s time for her next big adventure as she heads off to Reception! 🎒📚 We are so incredibly proud of her and all that she has achieved.

We will miss her so much, but we know she is going to be amazing and make lots of new friends and wonderful memories along the way. ❤️

Good luck on your next adventure! Keep shining, keep smiling and always be you! 🌟

🍂🍁 Our First Autumn craft of 2026!🍁🍂

Today we got creative with a simple autumn craft! 🌳✨ We cut the middle out of paper plates to make our wreath shapes, added lots of glue, and then had fun sticking on colourful autumn leaves. 🍂❤️🧡💛

A lovely hands-on activity helping the little ones develop their fine motor skills, creativity and hand-eye coordination, while exploring the beautiful colours of autumn. 🍁😊

✨ New additions to our setting! ✨

The little ones have been so excited exploring our new resources! 🍋 Our lemonade stand has inspired lots of imaginative role play, helping to develop communication, confidence, and social skills.

🧲 The new magnetic board has encouraged creativity, problem-solving, and fine motor development, while our calming sensory corner provides a cosy space to explore different textures, regulate emotions, and enjoy some quiet time.

We can’t wait to see all the fun, learning, and creativity these new areas bring! 💛🌈

What a wonderful beginning to the summer holidays it’s been ☀️

We’ve been making the most of the sunshine by visiting playgroup, enjoying the park, and exploring lots of open spaces. Every adventure brings new opportunities to learn, play, build confidence, and create wonderful memories together. 🌈🛝🌼

A wonderful morning exploring Cheam Park! 🌳☀️

The little ones had so much fun climbing, sliding, balancing and using their imaginations in the playground before enjoying lots of sensory play in the sandpit. 🛝🏖️

Outdoor play helps children build confidence, develop their physical skills, encourage creativity and make new discoveries through play. It was lovely to see so many smiles, teamwork and laughter throughout our adventure! 💚

This last weekend at sallys childminding 🌈 we’ve had a lovely man called Jake round to level / prepare the playroom floor for our new flooring this weekend!

This is the current set up for my setting for this week. Hopefully by this weekend we will have new flooring & new things to add to our playroom 🥰

With this new flooring it will make the playroom much more safe, spacious & accessible!
