FEMALE FOUNDERS STORY 📖
Have you ever tried Pip&Nut peanut butter (it's the best)🥜 FFF is sharing with you how the BRILLIANT Pippa Murray came to start a multi-million-pound nut butter brand 💸
Pip was working as a theatre producer at the Science Museum in and had never considered working in food or running a business. But then Pip started to notice all the super exciting food start-up brands that were disrupting really boring categories and changing peoples food habits across nations ☑️ In particular Pip was really inspired by other challenger brands like Ella's Kitchen and BEAR 🙌🏼
About 5 years ago Pip started training for the Paris marathon and loved peanut better as a post-run treat ✨ That was the moment when Pip realised that all the nut butter brands had palm oil in them or refined sugar. Almond butter started to be talked about more and more.. Pip decided to take the risk and start her own nut butter... Simply stripping out ingredient (REAL FOOD) Pip&Nut now trades in over 5000 stores & her vision for the future is to become a household name
Pip has faced lots of challenges/successes along the way 👉🏽 Head over to FFF’s website to read the full blog and find out more!!
PIPS BIG ADVICE FOR YOU is ...make sure to do the things you love rather than focus on necessarily doing the 'right' subjects or degree. It's so important you feel passion for what you do and success will come ✊🏼
Dream it. Believe it. Achieve it.

FEMALE FOUNDER STORY!
FFF wants to share with you how the fabulous Em, from The Lipstick Fever turned her passion for fashion into a successful career!
Emily grew up in a small beach town in Narragansett, Rhode Island in the states and is now a full-time blogger with around 60,000 followers across all platforms The Lipstick Fever went to UMass Amherst to major in marketing and business.
Em has always adored clothes and beauty and interned for a fashion designer in her hometown over summers in college. The Lipstick Fever soon started her fashion blog as a bit of a hobby, then it became a side hustle and a full-time job 🙋🏼Em's biggest challenge is running a platform whilst trying to build a brand.
In the future, The Lipstick Fever intends to bring her brand to life whether that’s through a product or service who knows! Em suggest you should always keep an open mind when it comes to the future. The Lipstick Fever big advice is to hone in on what makes you, YOU.
Head over to FFF's website to read the full blog and find a role model/inspiration.
Dream it. Believe it. Achieve it.

Thank you Barnard Castle School. Your girls were so inquisitive and a credit to the school 🙌 FFF are so pleased you enjoyed the day!
"On the 12th April, a group of Lower Sixth girls and I had the privilege of travelling down to Queen Mary's School to the first Female Founders Fair, an event tailored to women wanting to pursue a career in business. The speeches made by female entrepreneurs (the keynote speaker was Carley Jones, the founder and CEO of Kettlebell Kitchen) throughout the day were genuinely thought-provoking and exemplified what women can do when we put our mind to it. This was closely followed by a panel of female industry leaders; here we had the opportunity to ask questions to a group of women who gave us first-hand insight into the minds that created something out of nothing. The event was truly inspiring, a display of empowerment for women and was an honour to attend" Written by Lillia Schaible (L6th)
