There comes a point where you realise

The right person won’t be confused by your depth,
won’t need to be shown how to meet you,
and won’t leave you questioning where you stand.

They’ll already know.

There comes a moment where holding on feels heavier than releasing…
Not because you failed
Not because you lost something
But because life is asking you to make space
Space for clarity
Space for alignment
Space for something new to find you
Letting go isn’t the end
It’s the shift that allows everything else to move
And when you trust that…
You begin to see
What once felt like loss
Was actually the beginning of something else unfolding.

People can desire deep love, pray for it, even recognise it when it arrives,
but when feelings become real, so does responsibility.
That’s often the moment fear speaks louder than truth.
Not because love isn’t there,
but because they don’t yet have the capacity to hold it.
So they return to what feels familiar.
Safer.
Predictable.
Even if it’s unfulfilling.
This isn’t something to fix, reassure, or carry for another.
When someone tells you they’re afraid of letting you down,
they’re really saying:
“I can’t sustain what this requires.”
And that honesty, when you listen to it,
isn’t rejection.
It’s clarity.
Love doesn’t need to be chased or steadied by one person alone.
It meets you when both are able to stay present.
