I tell stories, but not in a way you may have heard before.
I write them to reach your subconscious, to guide you into sleep and into the language of the deeper mind, where most sleep problems are actually buried.

A snippet from this week’s bedtime story:
Sometimes the most powerful thing a story can do is remind you of something you already knew 🤍
This isn’t a video you need to stay awake and follow until the end. It’s just something to listen to as you begin to slow down for the night.
I wrote these stories for adults, but they’re different from what you might expect. They’re calm and dreamlike, meant to feel like a quiet comfort beside you in the dark.
Underneath the words I speak, there are gentle little threads woven in. I don’t expect you to notice them or understand them. They’re just there.
So even as you start to drift in and out of sleep, please know that your mind is still listening. It’s still absorbing the warmth, the safety, the calm that runs through every story.
Tonight, there’s nothing you need to do. Just pull the blankets up, get comfortable, close your eyes, and press play.

If we want to change the way we sleep, we have to understand that the beliefs around sleep sit beyond conscious thought, in the subconscious mind.
They are built over time through patterns, experiences, and what the mind has learned to expect when we go to bed. To create real, lasting change, we have to go beyond the surface of thought and into that deeper place where those beliefs live.
