Been at the hospital last evening and night.

Typical wait time: 4 - 6 hours

My wait time: 8 - 9 hours

Because it was an emergency, I had to go there before going private at Spire.

The doctor apologised it took him so long to see me, as others had more serious issues than I.

I told him it’s fine, you’re doing your job, besides I had my phone so could carry on working.

He said all my vital signs were fine, maybe a slight chest infection but nothing to worry about.

Moral of the story… I’m glad I run my own business and can work from anywhere.

At the same time, so grateful for our NHS!!!

2. The Offer Doctor "Act as a direct-response marketer. Here's my current offer: [paste it]. Rewrite it 3 ways to increase perceived value WITHOUT lowering the price. Then tell me the #1 reason people aren't buying it."

3. The Objection Killer "Act as my best salesperson. My product is [X] at [price]. List the 7 most likely objections my prospects have, and give me a confident, non-pushy response to each one I can use on calls or in DMs."

4. The Follow-Up Machine "Write me a 5-message follow-up sequence for leads who showed interest but went silent. Each message should take a different angle — value, curiosity, social proof, urgency, honesty. Keep each under 60 words."

💸 SAVE MONEY
5. The Expense Assassin "Act as a ruthless CFO. Here are my monthly business expenses: [list them]. Identify what to cut, renegotiate, or replace with AI tools — and estimate my annual savings."

6. The DIY Developer "Act as a senior programmer. I want to build [tool/automation/calculator] for my business but I don't code. Walk me through building it step by step using free or low-cost no-code tools, like I'm a complete beginner."

7. The Contract Checker "Act as a business consultant. Here's a contract/proposal I received: [paste]. Flag anything unusual, any hidden costs, and the 3 questions I should ask before signing." (Then verify with a professional — but walk in informed.)

⚙️ SYSTEMS & SCALE
8. The Time Audit "I'm going to list everything I did this week: [list]. Categorise each task as: AUTOMATE, DELEGATE, DELETE, or KEEP. For every AUTOMATE, name the exact AI tool or workflow to use."

9. The SOP Builder "Act as an operations manager. Watch me describe how I do [task] from start to finish: [describe]. Turn it into a step-by-step SOP my team or VA can follow without asking me a single question."

10. The Client Journey X-Ray "Map my customer journey from stranger → lead → buyer → repeat client based on this: [describe your business]. Show me where people drop off and the ONE fix at each stage that would increase revenue the most."
