Tofu is made by gently coagulating fresh soy milk, then pressing the curds into soft white blocks or rounds.

Miso is created by mashing soybeans with koji and salt, then patiently fermenting the mixture for over six months.

We had the pleasure of teaching temari sushi and makizushi at the ASICS trainer launch event at Japan House👟✨
All participants were wonderful women, and the energy in the room was so uplifting.
ASICS has always been Akemi’s favourite trainers—they even carried her across the finish line of the London Marathon! A true treasure.
We all wore brand new ASICS trainers on the event day, and they made the whole day feel lighter, comfortable, and full of joy 💕
