What story helped you imagine a different future? ✨
This Social Mobility Day, we’re supporting this year’s theme, hashtag , because stories can challenge assumptions, change paths and help more people believe they belong in spaces they may not have imagined for themselves.
At Circl®, we see this through the young people from underrepresented background and professionals who come together to build leadership and coaching skills as equals. No prior experience needed, just the opportunity to learn, practise, grow and be supported by someone from a different walk of life.
Because social mobility is not just about opening doors. It is about making opportunity feel visible, accessible and real.
We’re proud to keep helping more young people build their confidence, grow their networks and see themselves as future leaders. 💙

The transition from education into work is not always a straight line.
The Department for Work and Pensions’ independent report, Young people and work: interim report, highlights a major “cliff edge” at 18, with the NEET rate nearly trebling to 13% when statutory participation duties end. It also found that over 6 in 10 young people who are NEET have never had a job.
For us, this is a clear reminder that young people do not just need access to opportunities. They also need confidence, connection and the chance to build real skills before they enter the workplace.
At Circl, we bring young people and professionals together through coaching, creating space for both sides to learn from each other. Young people build confidence, communication and leadership skills, while professionals gain fresh perspectives and a deeper understanding of the next generation of talent. 💙
If you want to support more young people to build the confidence, skills and connections they need for their future, find out more about our work here: circl.org
If we want to build a stronger future of work, we need to support young people earlier, better and in ways that help them see what is possible for their future.

Did you know?
13% of ethnic minority respondents feel their organisation ignores issues around race, compared with 2% of non-ethnic minority respondents.
For Black Inclusion Week 2026, this year’s theme is Driving Impact With Purpose, Delivering Real Outcomes.
It is a reminder that inclusion cannot stop at awareness. It has to show up in the way we listen, lead, challenge and create change in our workplaces.
At Circl, we believe inclusive leadership starts with everyday behaviours: making space for honest conversations, listening with curiosity and building cultures where people feel seen, heard and valued.
Because real impact happens when purpose turns into action.

Inside Circl®, how do we embed impact?
What does impact actually look like inside a B Corp?
For us, it comes back to access. Access to coaching for young people who might not otherwise experience it, access to leadership development that creates lasting change, and access to cross-generational learning where professionals and Future Leaders grow together as equals.
Our programmes are designed to create measurable social impact while strengthening leadership capability within organisations, and that dual focus really matters.
Being a B Corp means holding ourselves to that standard every day, asking how the work we do contributes to something bigger.

Inclusion is not a policy.
It’s how people feel when they’re around you.
Zero discrimination starts in the small moments.
