When going to Italy you can order a "PINSA"
It's a pizza, but Romans used to make the dough from a combination of soy, rice and wheat flour which makes it a much healthier alternative to traditional pizza. Furthermore it has an oval shape and not round.
The word ‘Pinsa’ comes from the Latin word ‘Pinsere’, which literally means to ‘push the dough by the hands’.
