Well done Year 11! We are so proud of you all! 🎉✨
This morning, students at Conisborough College have been celebrating as they receive their GCSE results and looking ahead to their next steps in education and training.
This year, there were strong increases seen at the school this year, with a 10 percentage point increase in the percentage of students achieving a Grade 5 or above in both English and maths – from 32% to 42%.
There was also an increase in the percentage of students achieving at least a Grade 4 in both English and maths, to 53%.
Among those celebrating are three students who have all won scholarships to the independent Colfe’s School in Greenwich where they will continue their studies at A Level.
Ryan, who achieved six Grade 9s including in English, maths and the sciences, as well as three Grade 8s;
Mason, who achieved three Grade 9s across maths and science, as well as three Grade 8s, one Grade 7 and a Grade 6;
April, who achieved one Grade 9, four Grade 8s and Grades 7, 6 and 5 apiece.
Congratulations Class of 2026! We couldn’t be prouder!! 💙
