I would love to introduce Manos from Greece 🇬🇷, who has successfully completed Level 1 and has already started Level 2! 🎉

His goal is to visit Japan for the very first time in 2026, and he will also be joining our JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY Student Meetup Event! 🇯🇵✈️

Manos has already done many self-introductions during our group sessions and is making amazing progress with his Japanese.

We also had the opportunity to do a live YouTube recording at Manos’s pharmacy, which was such a cool experience! Thank you so much for the invitation and hospitality.

Keep up the great work, Manos! The journey is just getting started!

Bon (Level 2, US) gets it — AI is a useful tool, but it's not the whole answer. 🤔 He uses it to analyze his conversations, spot patterns, and focus on what to improve, like working on past tense or key vocabulary. But when it comes to real expression, real pronunciation, and real human connection? That's a different story. His formula: 90% Japan Language Factory, 5% AI, 5% social media — and it's working. 💬 The human touch in language learning is irreplaceable, and that's exactly what we build at JLF. 😊 Watch his full interview with Terumi Kai from Japan Language Factory on YouTube! 🎥

She makes a distinction most language learners miss: there's a difference between studying a language and actually becoming bilingual. The monolingual mindset keeps you in "study mode" forever — like taking Spanish in high school for years and still not being able to hold a conversation. That's not the goal.
In 2026, being bilingual isn't a bonus. It's a baseline. And the path there isn't more grammar — it's a step-by-step shift in how you think about language itself.
Terumi made that shift. So can you.

Derek (Level 4, Canada) didn't just learn Japanese — he started seeing the world differently. 🌏 Learning a new language makes you feel like a kid again, catching words you've heard a hundred times and finally understanding them. There's a deeper appreciation that grows — for people, for culture, for the little moments in daily life. And that feeling of knowing you're progressing? There's nothing quite like it. 😊 Watch his full interview with Terumi Kai from Japan Language Factory on YouTube! 🎥

365 days. One sentence at a time. That's how Japanese fluency actually happens. 🇯🇵

Terumi Kai makes it clear: random phrases don't work. What works is sentences — every day, in conversation flow. Start with a 3-second self-introduction today. In 30 days, you're at 10 minutes. Keep going and your entire social circle starts to shift — new friends, new experiences, new information you couldn't access before.

The goal isn't perfection. It's one or two native Japanese friends who don't speak English. Get there, and your life genuinely starts to change.

Small progress, 365 days. That's the method.

Meet Igan from the US 🇺🇸 (Level 2) — Japan Language Factory didn't just teach him Japanese, it changed how he moves through daily life. 💪 He shared that Japanese guys at the gym kept coming up to chat, and now he can talk about his workout routine and hold a real conversation. He's even made friends at the gym — they meet up, swap a little English and a little Japanese, and catch up every time they see each other. We love seeing this for you, Igan — those gym friendships are everything! 🎯 Want Japanese that opens doors like this? Link in bio.

Most language schools are 90% learning, 10% trying — and that's exactly why so many people study for years and still can't speak. 🤔 At JLF, founder Terumi designed it the opposite way: 90% talking, 10% learning. You try, you fail, you try again — and that's how real mastery happens. This place is built for people who are done just studying and ready to actually use the language. If that's you, JLF is your place. 💪

Meet Don from Minnesota — 52, business owner, father, and karate sensei. 🇺🇸 His instructors in Okinawa are in their 80s and speak no English, so he learned Japanese to truly connect with them. 🇯🇵 His words say it best: "It's like training karate over Zoom — you could do it, but it's not the same." Next week, Don flies to Okinawa ready to speak — no translator needed. Congratulations Don san! 🥋

Johnny (Level 2, USA) on why perfectionism slows you down 🎯
The only way to get good at something is to fail.
He did 4 years of high school Spanish and can't speak it today.
Thank you Johnny — practice over perfect, every time ✨
If you're waiting until you're "ready" to speak Japanese, this is your sign.
