We have Adult beginners, Adult Advanced, kids club and women’s self-defence all starting next week.

Like many in the world, we have seen much sorrow from Covid 19. Our associations leader has already lost 1 family member and now her mum is in an induced coma. While we are all positive she will pull through, we have been lighting candles, praying, meditating, manifesting and in all ways possible, sending out positive energy and healing thoughts to
