Business Development Manager

💷 £25,000 per annum + performance-based bonus

London Training Centre is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Operations Manager to support and grow our CPD Training and Higher Education Recruitment activities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage operations, drive marketing growth, and develop new opportunities, with a strong focus on eligible mature local (home) students.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee overall business development and performance
• Liaise with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth delivery of CPD courses
• Conduct research and development into popular, trending, and in-demand CPD courses
• Identify suitable awarding bodies and new potential clients
• Build and implement strategies for CPD course growth through operations, marketing, and sales
• Recruit eligible mature local students for Higher Education programmes
• Build and deliver marketing strategies including social media, content writing, digital campaigns, and community-based outreach
• Develop partnerships with universities, agents, community organisations, and employers
• Generate and convert enquiries into enrolments
• Co manage and motivate a small team

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in education, training, or Higher Education recruitment
• Strong understanding of CPD training and adult learner markets
• Proven ability to research, develop, and launch new courses
• Hands-on experience in marketing strategy, content creation, and lead generation
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to manage operations and work collaboratively with internal teams
• Flexible, proactive, and growth-focused mindset
* Academic Qualifications in marketing/sales/project management or any other relevant subject
