My recent time at Bayswater Liverpool was a powerful reminder of what growth looks like in real time.
I saw international students choosing courage over comfort. I saw people speaking up, backing themselves and giving something new a try. I saw the kind of growth that only happens when people are willing to step forward.
Working in a second language can feel intimidating. That is why every contribution in the room mattered. Every answer, every question and every moment of participation was a step in the right direction.
Confidence is rarely built in silence. It is built by doing. By trying. By staying in the game long enough to improve.
Thank you to Lenka Bayman for the invitation and for creating such a welcoming environment for learning.
And thank you to German Ucar for recording the moments that made the sessions special.
Days like this remind me why I love this work. Helping people find their voice never gets old.
