We’re throwing it back to our click track recording day as we prepared for our 2026 Summer Show! 🎧✨

Such an exciting day for our pupils, heading into the studio to record their vocals ahead of the big day!

Our click tracks allow our pupils to sing their own songs, with their recorded vocals then layered and built into the tracks to enhance and strengthen the overall sound on stage… while still keeping our pupils’ voices at the heart of the performance🎤

It’s another little glimpse at just how much goes on behind the scenes to bring our Summer Show to life!

And we think they sounded amazing! ✨

And just like that… our biggest summer yet has come to an end! ☀️✨

Over the past four weeks, more than 350 children have walked through the doors at RTAD for our Summer Holiday Camps, Musical Theatre Courses and Intensives… and what a summer it has been!

From High School Musical, Camp Rock, Paddington and Cats for our younger performers, to Newsies, Legally Blonde, Hamilton, SIX, Back to the Future and our HUGE Battle of the Bands Grand Finale… we really have covered it all! 🎭🎤

Our Summer Intensives have also given our aspiring performers the chance to train in small groups with incredible West End professionals, including Barnaby Thompson, currently performing in Disney’s The Lion King, and Katie Warsop, whose credits include Cats, We Will Rock You, Elf and A Chorus Line⭐️

But our favourite part? Hearing how much your children have loved it too. ❤️

Our team is currently working hard on this year’s timetable, so if you have any class requests, please send them to us as soon as possible. The earlier we receive your requests, the more likely we are to accommodate everyone’s preferences and create a timetable that works for as many families as possible.

As we head towards the new term, we also have a very busy admin period ahead, alongside some well deserved annual leave for our team. We kindly ask that you avoid sending duplicate emails, as every enquiry is logged and will be responded to as soon as possible. We’re so excited to kick off another incredible week at RTAD from Monday 27th July, with fantastic themes for our performers!

🐾 Holiday Camp (Ages 3 - 7): CATS
Our youngest stars will journey into the magical world of Cats for a week packed with singing, dancing, acting, games and creative activities. Expect plenty of imagination and lots of fun!

👑 Musical Theatre Academy (Ages 8 - 14): HISTORY
Travel through time with a week inspired by Hamilton, SIX and Back to the Future! From revolutionary anthems to chart topping queens and time travelling adventures, students will learn exciting choreography all while telling brilliant stories!

⭐ Summer Intensives (Ages 11+)
Our final Summer Intensive is here! Two days of focused training with our exceptional West End team.
