Completion: Timeframe: This course can be completed in a matter of months or over a year. Most learners will complete this course in 6-9 months. Some learners may complete the course quickly, depending on their circumstances and available study time.

Certification: Upon successful completion, you’ll receive the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF). This qualification is recognised by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is a valuable asset for those seeking to advance their careers in the adult care sector.

Progression: This qualification can lead to roles within the adult care sector, including Lead Adult Care Worker, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Key Worker, Personal Assistant, and Deputy Manager, with the potential for further progression to Level 4 or 5. It also prepares individuals for roles such as Care Supervisor and Community Support Worker.
