Salam everyone we are SO EXCITED to invite you all back to our annual Arab Ball 🎊. We know you all loved it last year so we brought it back and even better. This year our amazing Arab ball will be held on the 3rd of March (book it off from work) at a beautiful, new and CENTRAL location (yes yes we heard all of your feedback all you East Londoners). Our beautiful ball will be held in the AMAZING Leonardo Royal Hotel in Tower Bridge - 45 Prescot St, London E1 8GP -

We are collborating with the most amazing university societies this year and have brought back the FAMOUS and much requested and our favourite . We will also make sure you enter our stunning venue in true arab style, led in by a Dabke group (make sure you get practicing) who will open the night with a bang 🥁.We are also serving you an amazing 2 course Arab inspired meal with desserts provided by the lovely .

To capture all of your best and most precious moments we have with their amazing digital brand booth and print out pictures to remember all of the amazing memories you’ll make. We also have with an amazing 360 video booth to capture you from all angles 📸 📸

Please remember to DRESS TO IMPRESS at our black tie event(traditional clothing is also welcome and encouraged)

Grab a team and get your competitiveness on 🔥 all funds raised will be donated 100% to charity (Islamic Relief Charity, towards 4 appeals: Palestine emergency, Bangladesh floods, Pakistan floods, & Afghanistan emergency). If you are a member/committee member of a society, it may be easier to discuss & set up a team on behalf of the society!

Sign up price: £40 per team (5 players, and 2 optional substitutes)

📄 CAPACITY AT 10 TEAMS ONLY. SIGN-UPS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS: Please email [email protected] with the full name of each member in your team, and student ID. A PayPal invoice will then be sent to a specific email address of the teams choice. To secure your place, all the teams must pay in full as soon as possible, as your place may be given to another team.

NOTE: The captain of each team MUST be either a QMUL or Kingston student.

Please ensure each player has appropriate football attire & studs for a 3G pitch

UPDATE: Alhamdulilah we have managed to find a proper room last min thanks to SU! 🙏🏼 Please join us tonight for the semi finals in BANCROFT 3.26 where we can now properly screen the match on the projector!


UPDATE: Due to an unfortunate clash of events by Drapers, they had to cancel the booking. Our new location for tomorrows event will be at the Nest (2nd floor of SU Hub). Please ensure you come by 6:30 to get spaces. There will be a few laptops by the commitee where we will stream the match. Since the nest closes at 9 pm sharp, if the match leads to extra time, we will then make our way to Muccis in Library Square area. Arab Soc and .fop look forward to seeing you there!
