We will have high expectations for our children and we will deliver exceptionally high standards of care and education to help them to feel nurtured and to reach their developmental milestones. We have high expectations of all staff and we will train and support them to fulfil their potential both as individuals and as nursery officers. We will ensure that staff and managers understand what good practice looks like and deliver it at all times. Staff and managers will be provided with clear direction and the right balance of challenge, accountability and support to carry out their job role effectively and to continually develop their practice. We will listen and respond to our families, our children, our staff, regulatory bodies and the wider community making changed where necessary and continually striving for improvement.
