We are expanding! Join FoL English – an independent platform, run by teachers for teachers!

Requirements: We are seeking fully qualified teachers who can bring a few private students with them to join our platform!

📱All-in-one platform
Simply log in from any device to manage your profile, calendar, set availability, confirm lessons, launch video sessions, and upload materials for students.

💵 Set your own rate
You decide how much you want to charge with one simple rate. No more students booking the cheapest class. Simply login, teach and get paid into your UK bank account every month.

✅ Be free(lance)
You remain freelance, but we take care of all the tedious non-teaching tasks. You'll never have to fill in another timesheet or chase an invoice again. We hope you’ll want to use us exclusively.

👩‍🎓 Bring your students
Our fees are fair, unlike italki (21%) or Preply (33%), so you’ll want to bring your existing students over. We charge a simple 10% fee – no registration fee, no video fee, no withdrawal fee, and no currency conversion charges from us either.

💰 Refer students and earn
Refer students to other teachers and earn commission. We’ll share our commission with you: earning you 10% of our fee per student, per lesson, with no caps or limits so everyone wins!

📩 Access our jobs board
You’ll be able to apply for work directly from our platform. We’ll send out job notifications whenever new work becomes available – clearly stating how much each job pays – commission-free.

🎥 Built-in video
We offer our own in-house video system, FoL Video, or you can use Zoom. Both fully integrate with our platform and can be launched from your teacher login.

📈 Minimum pricing
We believe that teachers should be fairly paid. There will be no race to the bottom here. You must charge at least £17 (but you can charge up to £125). This level will be reviewed regularly.
