Mighty Mathematicians in Year 1!
Our fantastic Year 1 superstars have absolutely blown us away with their math learning this week! The children have been exploring how to group objects into equal parts using arrays. Not only did they demonstrate incredible focus and grasp this tricky concept with ease, but their enthusiasm and joy for learning shone through the entire lesson.
It has been wonderful to see so many "lightbulb moments" as they built their rows and columns. We are incredibly proud of their hard work, teamwork, and brilliant mathematical thinking. Keep up the amazing work, Year 1!

Our Year 4 pupils had an unforgettable residential visit to Gilwell Park Scout Adventure Centre, where they embraced new challenges, developed their independence, and created memories that will last a lifetime.
From making their own beds and taking responsibility for themselves, to facing their fears on the thrilling 3G Swing, every child showed incredible courage and resilience. They tested their skills on the indoor climbing wall, aimed for the perfect bullseye in archery, and worked together through a range of fun team-building activities that had us all laughing out loud. As the sun set, we gathered around the campfire to sing together, and enjoy the special atmosphere that makes residential trips so memorable.
Throughout the visit, pupils learned the importance of listening to one another, supporting their friends, and stepping outside their comfort zones. We would like to extend a huge thank you to all the support staff who gave their time, energy, and enthusiasm to make this experience possible. Your dedication helped create a fantastic adventure for our children. Well done, Year 4 – we are so proud of your bravery, teamwork, and positive attitudes!

Our Year 3 children had a fantastic time on their recent visit to Nando’s! The restaurant staff went above and beyond to welcome us, and the children absolutely loved experiencing the vibrant atmosphere.
Everyone tucked into a delicious meal, which was topped off with a much-loved treat, a refreshing frozen yoghurt! It was wonderful to see the children practicing their excellent table manners and sharing a lovely, memorable time together outside the classroom.
