Following a consultation with you the parents to discuss requirements goals and learning needs of your child. Academic assessments administered both online and in person. A further 30 minute online feedback session is provided as well as a written report containing test scores strengths, areas for development and approximate reading and spelling age. Following this personalised learning pack can be provided as well as a discussion regarding the next steps in your child’s education. Hi
I am a Qualified Primary School Teacher with 20 years experience. I have worked in schools across London as a TA, LSA and of course teacher. I have a BSc Honours Degree in Psychology, PGCE in Primary Éducation, a Post Graduate Diploma in the Therapeutic Arts and a Level 2 Qualification in Child Counselling.

My speciality is teaching 4 to 11 year olds. I prepare children for the 4+, 7+, 8+ and 11+ school entrance exams and have gotten children into schools such as Queens Gate, Latymer and St Paul’s. I also prepare children for SATs tests in Year 2 and Year 6.

I teach children to read and write using Phonics and help them catch up if they are struggling.

I carry out assessments in English and Maths to see where your children are at in their learning, give feedback, provide learning resources and discuss next steps.

I support children with special educational needs from Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Global Developmental Delay. Furthermore I mentor and support children with any issues they may have relating to school such as anxiety, friendship issues, transitions and exam stress. I am planning on starting online group tutoring focusing on creative writing and maths with a focus on the 7+ and 11+ to start after half term. I also do 1 to 1 tutoring if you would prefer.

I am also planning on running some online workshops for parents in relation to the National Curriculum and what your children are learning at school.

The 11+ process can feel overwhelming for you and your children. Schools don't cover all the subjects. Whilst Maths and English are part of the National Curriculum the 11+ requires Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning which are not covered in primary schools.
