Jeannine Manuel School is a bilingual, international, co-ed, independent school lor 3-18 year olds Ecole Jeannine Manuel opened in London in September 2015.

Founded in 1954 in Paris, the school educates close to 3500 pupils aged 3-18 years in France and the UK. Our programmes build on the strengths of the French national curriculum enriched with some aspects of the English curriculum and combined with the best pedagogical practices from around the world. We pride ourselves in educating bilingual, internationally-minded and engaged students through ear

ly reading and writing in both French and English, hands-on math and science and comparative history. All of our students also learn Mandarin starting in Year 4. Our sister school in Paris, France’s largest independent school, was rated #1 Secondary school in France, scoring very high on both the French Baccalaureate and the International Baccalaureate.

À vos marques, prêts, mesurez ! From tape measures and scales to stopwatches and water-measuring tools, students in Year 5 put a range of measuring instruments to the test during the Rallye Mesure.
From the classrooms to the Lab, students worked in different locations on different activities, working collaboratively to solve the challenges - together, the students developed their problem-solving skills, precision, and team-building skills!

Happy Lunar New Year! 🧧🐉

Before the end of term, our students celebrated with a vibrant programme of activities, beginning with a special Assembly and followed by a Fan Dance workshop, a Kung Fu workshop, inspiring peer teaching and a joyful parade through the Primary School for our youngest pupils.

As a school where Mandarin is part of our curriculum, we are proud to give students the opportunity to learn the language and experience its rich culture and traditions!

The UKMT Intermediate Maths Challenge: 25 questions. 60 minutes!
Good luck to the 130 students in Years 9, 10 and 11 students taking part in this competition alongside students from around the world . A fun challenge designed to encourage mathematical reasoning, precision of thought, and fluency, challenging students to think creatively and logically.

It’s been a buzzing start to the week! From a fast-paced table tennis tournament for our Year 7 and 8 students, to an immersive rainforest workshop and a wonderful trip to the Natural History Museum for our pupils in Year 1, learning has been in full swing. Bringing classroom learning to life across the school.
