It's been a full summer of offerings and I haven't been on here much. I'll be sharing some more of the highlights soon!

As the season begins to turn, I'm turning my attention to the time ahead and have an upcoming day-long event in Devon alongside my Beloved Eliza Hope Kenyon Medicine Singer

It's from 10am to 4pm on the 23rd of September at Harberton Village Hall, with its sprung and heated floor that makes it a perfect venue for breathwork and embodiment.

This is an opportunity to breathe and move in community, to release blocks and anything that’s holding you back, and then be open to inspiration and guidance, creating more freedom in your breath, body, and life ✨

It was a profound experience offering my first talk and slideshow at the Integrated Personal Medicine conference at the Queen Elizabeth conference Center opposite Westminster Abbey in central London 🙌🏼

I offered lots of little micro breathwork practices throughout the talk as well as a deeper con conscious connected breathwork practice, so the participants could have an experience of the full range of potential of Breathwork.

It was, and is, always important for me to make the distinction between what I call optimisation breathwork practices, such as Wim Hof etc, that can be practiced alone and the deep healing and transformational practice that require support as the clearing work is done, until it’s safe to practice them alone.

This has become ever more essential to make the distinction as breathwork has become popular in recent years, and it’s so easy to jump on the band wagon without fully understanding how powerful the healing and transformational breathwork practices can be.

So grateful be part of this re-evolution and reclaiming of the innate power and potential each human holds, in each and every breath 🙏🏼

It’s such an honour to work in this field of deep practice, devotion and ecstaic wildness! The festival is held by such an inspiring team of mediators with deep practice, and it creates such a rich a powerful space for people to heal, explore what it means to be human and to have a great time!
