QMBL Debate Society Monday: Public debates, 6:30 pm London Time, Bancroft 1.13a

Wednesday: Debate Training, 6:30 pm Lo

The Debate Society is at the heart of debate and conversation at Queen Mary. We host regular debates, professional training, attend a wide variety of competitions and run regular and engaging social events. Our main weekly sessions take place every Monday at 6:30 pm London time, for casual internal debates alongside the occasional inter-society debate. We offer training in British Parliamentary debating for those interested in taking their debate skills even further on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm London time. Sessions are currently held in-person although this is subject to change. All updates with regards to this will be posted on this page. Twitter:
