CityATS Face-to-face Hands-on refresher Workshop
For Teachers and Third-year Trainees

Following on from our previous teacher refresher workshops last term we are running another teacher hands-on in person workshop. The whole day will be practical hands-on work with plenty of opportunity for questions, discussions and feedback. We will cover classic Alexander teaching procedures and guided work exchange.

We are having a Free Open Day at our training course on 1st February from 9am-1pm.
We welcome anyone, wether you are new to AT or coming back to learning more, or if you have had lessons and are thinking of training to be an Alexander Technique teacher.
You will experience the technique hands-on, get a chance to speak with our trainee teachers, look at books, and observe the training of teachers.
The day is free and you may attend all or part of the morning.
