I almost never see pull ups demonstrated correctly and this guy has such awesome rippedness that I can't post a better visual demonstration! This picks up on all the terrible postural mistakes which are regularly made and shows the stretch/load movements to achieve correct muscle engagement. Pull ups rock but when executed incorrectly just emphasise forward head position, overactive traps and chest. Train for form failure not endurance [with adaptive muscular/neurological firings] failure.

Natural alternative to monosodium glutamate. Seaweed is a rich source of glutamic acid. I started using this to make my last batch of chilli oil and it is simply amasing. It really makes all the flavours (chilli, shrimp, garlic and shallots) pop!
