Today the ground felt like deep clean water. My feet sank in deep and something old rose to meet the marrow of my bones. The wind moved through my mind sweeping and singing. And for a moment, the horizon widened my seeing, as many times before, in a way of unexpected gift. The living land has its own way of rearranging a person.

ON HAVING CHOICES:
Sessions with clients are always so inspiring and always bring reminders of things that remain true and universal like e.g.:
WE ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE HOW WE VIEW OUR EXPERIENCE. *)
Mindset is an amazing and versatile dynamic of our own system, a great resource we can mould and use strategically and creatively.
For example, if we decide that our experience is not 'I failed' then that's the reality we live and often repeat. If instead of viewing the experience as 'I FAILED' we decide to view the experience as 'I'VE LEARNED' then the whole reality shifts and changes, the quality it generates within our somatic/body system and our subtle field is a whole lot different.
The next key bit after reframing and pivoting the mindset is to ask ourselves - 'WHAT HAVE I LEARNED AND HOW DO I APPLY IT TO MY EVERYDAY REALITY, MY EVERYDAY LIFE, so that I can continue to evolve and prosper?
How and what do I build on this experience to further my life's evolution?
*) Footnote: If you think we don't then I recommend to read a classic 'Man's Search for Meaning' by Victor E. Frankl.
Because the choice is there, of course it's challenging because some of us are more and others less predisposed to recognise the choice.

Lilith, Scorpio, Samhain vibes...
Hey, for those of you that are resonating deeply with the magical liminal time of Samhain in the Northern hemisphere, here is a small offering.
The ancient lands where I live are whispering their Samhain songs now, the crossroads are opening, and I’ve been compelled to create with that current. It’s kinda wabi sabi. It’s not perfect but it’s honest raw weird and true, just as Samhain currents demand.
So, here a ‘Prayer for Samhain’.
May your Samhain be powerful pure and nourishing.🙏

**The Line Between Real and AI Just Vanished**
Hey friends, I need you to dwell in reality with me for a minute.
You know I'm fascinated with AI technology. And you know I've always been upfront and honest. You may have seen the video I created using this image. I'm just an amateur.
I've been experimenting with some amazing new AI tools lately, and the results are almost unbelievable. Videos. Photos. Scenes that look like they were snapped with a high-end camera—but obviously they never happened. Not in real life.
We’ve officially hit the point where AI can create people, places, and events that are completely fake—and you wouldn’t know it by looking.
Google just released a video generator that's a game-changer and I'm not sure that's a good thing.
That means from now on, we all have to be more cautious. If a photo or video shocks you, makes you angry, or seems too perfect to be real, *take a breath* and ask:
* Who posted this? Who benefits from it?
* Is there a credible source?
* Could this be AI-generated?
This isn't fearmongering. It's just the new reality. We’re standing in a moment as big as the printing press or the internet. And like always, some will use it for beauty and truth. Others will use it to confuse, manipulate, or sell.
I promise to always let you know when I'm using AI in my art and stories. And I’ll keep sharing what I learn so you can spot the difference, too.
