Announcing our Head Girl Team & Leadership for 2026-2027

Over the last few weeks, our Year 12 girls have been taking part in the pupil leadership selection process, and to say we are proud would be an understatement. The panel was absolutely blown away by the thoughtfulness, maturity, and confidence displayed by every single pupil who stepped up to interview.

With such a phenomenally talented and supportive year group, the decisions were incredibly difficult. While we wish we could give a formal title to everyone, we know that true leadership belongs to this entire cohort, who continue to lift each other up every day.

We also want to extend a massive congratulations to all the girls who have been appointed to our broader Prefect, House, and Academic teams today! Together, you are going to achieve amazing things at St Catherine's.

Earlier this week, our Year 8 pupils had an absolute blast on their residential trip to the beautiful Condover Hall. From the thrills of abseiling and the high ropes to the teamwork of den building, fencing, and rowing, they took on every challenge with giant smiles.

Memories made, fears conquered, and bonds strengthened!

A recent inspiring afternoon at Burlington House for our Sixth Form Chemistry pupils Royal Society of Chemistry Lectures & Network event, where they explored contemporary chemistry, toured the historic building, and networked with fellow students was a truly memorable day!

High Ropes, Crate Stacks, and massive smiles for Day 2 of the Y3/4 residential!

Today was all about teamwork, communication, and problem-solving challenges. We are so proud of their determination!

Our Year 3 and 4 adventurers are having the best time embracing nature! Residentials are all about teamwork and problem-solving.

First, they hit the undergrowth for some brilliant mini-beast hunting. But the real highlight? Building the ultimate outdoor dens! We are super impressed by the girls' incredible attention to detail. The teachers are currently relaxing in a den that boasts:

🔥 A cozy "coal fire"
☕️ A "hot chocolate station"
☂️ An umbrella for the perfect amount of shade.

A production as spectacular as Friday night’s Peter Pan Jr. doesn't happen without an incredible team working hard both on and off the stage! Now that the curtains have closed, we want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who made the Prep School production possible:

Hearing our pupils share how St Catherine’s shapes their identity is the greatest testament to what we do. Our goal has always been to be a place where every girl can embrace her true self, while she prepares to step into the world with confidence.

What an absolutely magical Friday evening! Our talented St Catherine's Prep performers took to the stage for their incredible production of Peter Pan Jr., and they completely blew us away!

From the Darling nursery to the depths of Neverland, the St Cath’s pupils brought incredible energy, heart, and talent to every single scene. The auditorium was absolutely buzzing, and our hero, Peter Pan, reminded the whole audience to never grow up! 🏴‍☠️🐊🧚‍♂️
