Eclipse Choir

Eclipse Choir Eclipse Choir is a community choir that sings together every Thursday evening. We sing a broad-ranging repertoire, from traditional to contemporary.

We welcome members who are keen to sing and perform with other like-minded people. Eclipse Choir is a professionally run choir for amateur singers in South West London. We work from musical scores, but our members vary from those who are just starting to learn how to read music to those who are proficient. We rehearse in two different groups weekly, for two hours, either on Mondays or Thursdays (o

r both if you like!) Our rehearsal venue is All Saints Church in Kingston upon Thames. We put on really good shows every year and participate in other choral events too. We are singers who started in a choir because we love to sing and now we are enjoying spreading our wings under the tuition of Jim Hawkins, and we work pretty hard to achieve a quality choral sound. Jim keeps our repertoire varied and we enjoy exploring new sounds. We also get a chance to work in small groups or as soloists if we want to. With Eclipse Choir you can expect to receive a high standard teaching and real dedication from the team. We also provide extra sessions with expert professionals and recording sessions so we can learn as we go along. So far it's a remarkable rewarding journey, and we encourage anyone who wants to take their singing further to audition with us. Please like our page to stay in touch!
