Our April Learner of the Month was Sally who has truly been inspiring in her Early Years course.

Here's what she had to say:
I wanted to say thank you to everyone at Ascend Training including Ms Daniela Curticapean . Furthermore I want to say thank you to my nursery Hope Montessori at Marylebone for everything to get my level three certification. This course pushed me to be a better practitioner and more knowledgeable of childcare . Thank you to everyone who supported me through this journey and I 100 percent recommend Ascend Training to anyone .

We love when learners grow with us. Our success lies in their successes and here is one of our great learners we have to talk to you about - Lyndsey.

"I was recommended Ascend by a colleague. The support and guidance I was given throughout my level 3 really helped to build my confidence and knowledge. Childcare is my passion and I was thrilled when I passed and gained my certificate. It was a real achievement for me. Within my previous setting I received employee of the month twice in a row and was I promoted to room leader. I decided to continue my learning and progressed with Ascend. I am now currently studying for my level 5 qualification. Alongside this is I have now been promoted to deputy manager within the most wonderful setting where alongside my studying I can develop within the management and leadership team. Thanks to Ascend and my wonderful tutor I have progressed within my career. Thank you so much for your time, patience, support and guidance. I appreciate it so much"

Lyndsey, well done on your promotion. We're behind you all the way!

Our latest Learner of the Month, Karen, who shows true dedication to Early Years. Here's what she had to say:

"Feeling incredibly proud to have completed my course and truly fortunate to have done it with Ascend Training Ltd. As someone new to the field of Early Years, my learning journey with Ascend has been nothing short of transformative. I gained the knowledge, support, and confidence needed to grow both personally and professionally. A huge thank you to my assessor, Daniela, who was always approachable, supportive, and encouraging throughout. Both the face-to-face and online sessions were a joy to attend—every member of the class and team was so kind and welcoming. I’m beyond grateful for this experience!
