Some highlights from this week's Dribbling & Turning focused sessions 💪

Our drills this week worked on a few things:
- Head up, make sure you know where your opponents are, and, just as importantly, the space is!
- Change direction, when dribbling you need to change direction to beat defenders
- Change speed, like direction, you should vary how fast you dribble to throw off defenders and burst into space when it's there
