From the excitement of Sports Day to learning new
moves in our Hip Hop dance lessons and developing skills on the tennis court, our pupils have embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm, confidence and determination.

📬👑 A very special letter arrived at Alba’s home recently!

As part of Grimsdell’s 30th anniversary celebrations, Alba wrote to His Majesty The King to tell him about our milestone year and his challenge to complete 30 tasks to mark the occasion.

To his delight, he received a reply from Buckingham Palace! What a wonderful achievement and a memory to treasure. We are so proud of Alba’s initiative, enthusiasm and curiosity. ✨

Looking back on a fantastic year, here are a few highlights from our Sports Day.

Following a closely contested competition, Oak House emerged as the proud winners of the House Cup. The celebrations continued into the afternoon with the introduction of the Grimsdell Family Festival, bringing together pupils, parents and staff for an afternoon of fun! 🏆☀️✨

A remarkable achievement for our youngest learners 🌟

We are delighted to have been commended for Independent Pre-Prep of the Year at the Independent School of the Year Awards 2026 🙌

Recognising the very best in early years and pre-prep education, this nomination celebrates the nurturing environment, inspiring learning experiences and joyful start to school life that our children enjoy every day 💫

Today was a splash-tastic day! 💦

We were delighted to host our ‘Splishy Splashy’ event, welcoming our friends from Lyonsdown School for a day full of fun. We are so lucky to have access to the fantastic space at Mill Hill School, and the children enjoyed walking across to the Senior school to make the most of it.

They rotated around a series of exciting stations, including giant inflatables, before enjoying a lovely picnic lunch together.

With the summer days warming up, it was the perfect way to cool off and enjoy the sunshine while it lasts. A fantastic day all round! ☀️
