Meeting schools at the Independent Schools Show today!

We’re working closely with schools, supporting their ethos to provide high quality extra curricular activities focused on building confidence, self esteem and the courage to step beyond.
But we not only deliver to schools. We work with Refugee support groups, Adult Community Centres, Youth Centres, Business Centres and Corporate, Scout and Guides groups.

Heading off to Bracknell this evening to host a Women’s Street Awareness & Self Defence workshop. 👊🏻👊🏻

Nina and I are so excited to be hosting our first joint Teen Yoga Workshop on Eel Pie Island in Twickenham on Saturday 9th April between 2 - 4.30pm. This is a mixed ability, inclusive class for students aged 12+. We will be guiding our young yogis through a combination of creative yoga, mindfulness and relaxation in this wonderfully unique space. Parents and carers are also very welcome to join us from 4pm for homemade cake and refreshments. Please get in touch if you'd like to book. There's an early bird offer! 🐦
