Our Summer Junior Programme in London combines English lessons at the school with exciting activities like exploring the city, taking in famous sights such as Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, and full-day excursions! 🗺️

When the sun is out, our LSI London students often head out together after class to explore central London, discover new places and spend time with classmates from all over the world! 🌍

Our LSI London students got together for an exciting educational field trip!

Sent on a fact-finding mission to the South Bank, learners embarked on a quest to track down key information about the area’s history, one of London’s most vibrant cultural hubs, known for its world-renowned arts venues, theatres and entertainment.

A great day of learning English in London while exploring the city! 🏙️

Yesterday, our students from Brazil, Russia, Japan and South Korea visited Somerset House in Central London! Originally a royal palace, Somerset House is a historic landmark and cultural venue that hosts art exhibitions, creative installation and public events throughout the year, and is a key part of London’s cultural scene.

LSI London students really enjoy spending time outside the classroom after lessons, making the most of the city around them! Afternoon activities are the perfect way to explore different parts of London and practise speaking English in real-life situations, and with the sunny days ahead, it’s only going to get better! ☀️

Yesterday afternoon, Ash led a group of our Brazilian students on a memorable St Paul’s stroll, making the most of the school’s fantastic central London location. The walk began at St Paul’s Cathedral and Paternoster Square, where students enjoyed the atmosphere before crossing the Millennium Bridge. From there, the group continued along the South Bank, passing iconic landmarks such as Shakespeare’s Globe and Tate Modern, before reaching Waterloo Bridge. And the afternoon concluded with well‑earned refreshments along the river! ☀️

Activities like this are a key part of the student experience, helping learners practise English while exploring some of London’s most famous sights on foot. With so many world‑class landmarks within walking distance, our central location makes it easy to turn an ordinary afternoon into an unforgettable cultural experience! 🇬🇧
