A grading signifies the growth of these students as martial artists and the development of the person. Achieving goals, striving to be better and taking the challenge.

San Francisco June 2024, visiting the Bruce Lee murals and "We are Bruce Lee" exhibition at CHSA. Awesome and inspiring journey for me, as since my childhood and as a martial artist I have gained so much from Bruce Lee's writings and his view of how to be in this life.

Well done to my students for taking the challenge of the grading, by working hard, working as a team and therefore improving your wing chun skills. It was wonderful to see. The learning jpurney (practiice, training, and input from.your Sifu) continues from here to the next Thanks to Sifu Garry Mckenzie for his oversight and feedback, and all the Si Hings fo their support on the day).

Another productive session at HQ. These guys in a warm down after their rounds of padwork, themes being Wing chun footwork, multiple.attacker sparring, shadow boxing, utilising space and awareness. More to come.
