✍️ Writers’ Corner: A Masterclass with Amelia Bullmore

We were delighted to welcome award-winning actor and writer Amelia Bullmore (BBC’s Sherlock, I’m Alan Partridge and Happy Valley) to LFA for an exclusive Q&A and Monologue Raffle.

Our BA & MA students had the chance to share their work, ask questions and get honest insights into the industry making for an engaging and inspiring creative session.

Amelia’s verdict? “Such bright sparky students!” ✨

A huge thank you to Amelia for joining us and to our wonderful Front of House Coordinator Aifric, who hosted the event.

🎬 Behind the scenes with Filmmaking Certificate student Wendy.

In just 4 weeks, Wendy got hands-on experience making a short film from start to finish. The practical side of the course was a real highlight for her:

“The amount of actual filmmaking we were able to do in such a short period of time was really impressive.”
