We had a great day out at the Welsh Open. 2 disciplines per person with 5 medals including 2 sparring golds for the team from sparring.

We have only 2 weeks until our next competition.

We attended a local interclub this weekend.

Some students competing for the first time. The enviroment was controlled no heavy contact allowed during sparring.

The patterns category was a great opportunity to experience the nerves of competitions for some students without contact.

It wouldn't be possible without the huge local community we have.
