Pathfinder is Linklaters’ flagship first-year insight and development programme, giving aspiring commercial lawyers a taste of life at a global law firm. Your journey with us will start with two days in-person at our London office, followed by a six-month virtual series of professional development sessions. First Year Workshop 2025
Are you a first-year student on a three-year course or a second-year student on a four-year course? Our two-day workshops offer a comprehensive introduction to Life@HSF and what a career with us could look like. Hosted at our London office, you’ll engage in interactive sessions covering corporate negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and our impactful pro bono work. Plus, you’ll get an insider’s view of the firm and our work through an exclusive careers fair.

But that’s not all! You’ll also get to shadow a trainee associate for an afternoon, followed by a fun-filled evening social event. We only host two of these immersive workshops each spring, so seize the opportunity and apply today.

The Rule of Law Journal aims to give space for undergraduate and masters students to publish socio-legal writings. With a focus on social justice, governmentment accountability, and human rights the journal aims to help undergraduate students produce cutting-edge writing that reflects contemporary issues and tensions, both in academia and in practice.
