Forest Kids Club

Forest Kids Club Before and after school Childcare for children attending Oakhill Primary School. The individuality of each child in our care will be respected and nurtured.

Forest Kids Club will provide a safe, fun, friendly, play centred, enjoyable environment where children can play and learn in a positive way in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will create an inclusive, new and exciting club with resources and a range of structured and unstructured activities for both younger and older children. We will invest in new equipment and resources and will contribute

a wide range of our own resources built up over several years of childminding. We will also have access to equipment at Wingrove Hall such as table tennis tables and basketball and also use of the Wi-Fi. We will encourage the children to respect and support each other to make their own selections, discuss ideas for activities and try something new! They will be actively involved in planning activities according to their own interests. We will contribute our knowledge, expertise and experience gained through our background in childcare. We will work in partnership with parents/carers, school and other relevant bodies to provide high quality play and care. We will keep parents and carers informed about changes in the administration of Forest Kids Club and listen and respond to their views and concerns. We will communicate effectively with parents/carers and discuss experiences, progress and any situations that may arise. We will review and evaluate our provision to ensure we continue to meet the needs of children, and parents/carers.
