5EA used physical theatre techniques, including mime, today to create an adventurous scene. They worked in groups to depict a group of climbers scaling a mountain. Listening to other team members is a very important skill we are developing in drama lessons! 🎭

Today CCHT was all about raising money for MacMillan Cancer Charity. We had a Coffee morning and an Afternoon Tea in our schools and children ate treats, mums and dads came for a drink and chat and the children made pictures of the people they love. We have raised 100s of pounds for this brilliant charity. We will share the final total in next week’s newsletter.

Mrs Hawkins is running the Royal Parks Half Marathon. She is taking on this challenge to raise money for two causes that are very close to her heart: the CCHT toilet refurbishment and The Royal Marsden Cancer Research.

You can find out more about the challenge in the CCHT bio.

She would be incredibly grateful for any sponsorship you’re able to give.
