Today, we held our third in-person workshop for learners on our Team Leader Programme.

During today's session, learners focused on event planning and project management by creating Gantt charts, arranging tasks into a structured schedule, and identifying key milestones and deadlines. They then presented their plans back to the group, showcasing their planning, organisational, and communication skills.

It was fantastic to see such engagement, collaboration, and confidence throughout the session as learners shared their ideas and learned from one another.

A huge thank you to Eloise and Gavin for delivering today's workshop and supporting our learners in developing these valuable leadership and project management skills.

We look forward to seeing how they continue to grow throughout their learning journey.
