Good morning to all of you wonderful followers of mine! Now I know almost everyone has been feeling under the weather in some way shape or form this last few weeks. As it’s now flu season 1. we want to make sure we avoid getting sick and 2. You’ll want to strengthen your immune systems! So stock up on your supplements ok vitamins B6, C and D also your magnesium. Now if you do feel run down or fatigued to which you don’t or haven’t been training, lace up those kicks grab some headphones and go for a walk. We’ve had great weather all week guys so stay healthy and stay strong, and that goes for your mind, body and soul too.

A Reid’s legacy...see what I did there, now doesn’t this week like it was light years ago? And this photo may come as a surprise to you that myself and Sean Legacy don’t actually hate each other. Although my back and neck haven’t exactly forgiven me yet for some of the stunts I pulled off that night. Thank you again LDN Wrestling for the opportunity to once again do what I dreamt of doing as a kid. Putting on my boots to entertain in a wrestling ring, many thanks to Sean Legacy too for literally carrying me through our match. It’s been a while since doing one of these, but this individual here deserves the highest of praises,. Our very own look alike (although she can’t see it 😂), and I started not long ago meeting at the local park and even having some sessions on zoom. Though her lifestyle is hectic we didn’t miss a day training and sometimes had a special guest join us, her son Alex. Initially her goal was to get in shape for her visit back home to Greece, but along the way of our journey she’s now had a lifestyle change completely and has fallen back in love with fitness.
