So…
around 10 years ago Iost my email list with all my students, event attendees, teacher trainee graduates, and general fans on it, when I moved abroad. I’ve been going through old emails and old computers and old paperwork recently to see if I can scrape addresses. But I’m not sure that many of you are still checking your Hotmail accounts 🙂

So, if you have studied or trained as a teacher with me. Or simply if you are curious about what I’m up to. Or if you want to read more than the occasional post - sign up. I would love to be in contact again. I will only share useful, nurturing and inspiring content and events and will consider you with the respect. Thank you for the privilege of getting to dance and move with you.

When we dance freely, our souls call out to the space around us and we can truly listen to the answers within.

I have put together a magical journey of dance and movement in Morocco. We will begin in Marrakech and make our way, via the route of 1000 kasbahs, towards the dunes of the desert. Here we will move and dance our inner journeys and join local sacred music players such as the Gnawa. With a luxury camel trek into the dunes on the last night we will dance our prayers around the fire.

Accommodation is on an individual basis to ensure quiet time to rest.

Cuddle a camel at Shallam! Drum & dance tomorrow. Rhythm helps develop speech & reading skills & is a lot of fun to dance to. Babies 6mth-2yrs are invited - this weeks theme is bells.

There's a little drummer in every child - Drumming is instinctual. Next week at shallam! Toddler drum & dance we will be learning a drum conversation, a new dance & a new song! Plus underwater dancing (you'll have to come along & find out how!) first class just £5. Wed 10am at busy rascals queensbury pub.
