…and tell ourselves all the negatives before taking time to warm up the body and voice. If you’re finding yourself panicking about singing a certain part of a song - take a step back and work up slowly to it before going straight to a heavy belt sound.

Chances are you just need more water, a longer warm up and to trust the notes —and your technique!
