O Allaah, I ask You for the good that Your slave and Prophet Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) has asked You for, and I seek refuge with You from the evil from which Your slave and Prophet sought refuge. O Allaah, I ask You for Paradise and for that which brings one closer to it, in word and deed, and I seek refuge in You from Hell and from that which brings one closer to it, in word and deed. And I ask You to make every decree that You decree concerning me good.

إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ كَالْبُنْيَانِ، يَشُدُّ بَعْضُهُ بَعْضًا ‏"‏‏.‏ وَشَبَّكَ أَصَابِعَهُ‏

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A faithful believer to a faithful believer is like the bricks of a wall, enforcing each other." While (saying that) the Prophet (ﷺ) clasped his hands, by interlacing his fingers. - Bukhari

Too often we find ourselves at the end of the year falling short on the lofty targets we'd set at the beginning. Successful people hold themselves accountable daily, no day is wasted in the persuit of their goals. The beautiful thing about the future is that it comes day by day, our today shapes our tomorrow. May Allah grant us the ability to make the most of our short time here on this earth.

عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَكْثِرُوا الصَّلَاةَ عَلَىَّ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَلَيْلَةَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَمَنْ صَلَّى عَلَىَّ صَلَاةً صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ عَشْرًا

Anas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Increase your supplications for me on the day and night of Friday. Whoever blesses me once, Allah will bless him ten times”

إِذَا مَاتَ الْإِنْسَانُ انْقَطَعَ عَنْهُ عَمَلُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ إِلَّا مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ جَارِيَةٍ أَوْ عِلْمٍ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ أَوْ وَلَدٍ صَالِحٍ يَدْعُو لَهُ
When the human being dies, his deeds end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.
