π Ocean Breathing Meditation π
Take a moment to pause and imagine yourself sitting beside the sea.
Close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so.
π As each wave gently rolls towards the shore, breathe in slowly through your nose.
π As the wave recedes back into the ocean, breathe out slowly through your mouth.
Allow your breath to flow naturally, like the rhythm of the tide.
If thoughts arise, simply notice them and let them drift away like waves returning to the sea.
With each breath, invite a sense of calm and spaciousness into your mind and body.
π Breathe in... calm.
π Breathe out... tension.
π Breathe in... presence.
π Breathe out... worry.
Continue for a few moments, allowing yourself to be carried by the steady rhythm of the ocean.
When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
β¨ Just as the ocean remains vast beneath its changing waves, you too can find stillness beneath the changing experiences of daily life.
