I hope the Easter break ( if you had one !!) has gone well. I baked orders for customers Friday, then prepped for where I had a stall Saturday, followed by the BIG CLEANUP. Great to wash and dry everything outside all in one day!
I have enjoyed:
a long walk@kewgardens and
potting up the neglected hanging baskets
foxes in our garden
eating HCBs - I will miss them!!

REMINDER: NO BAKE DAY THIS WEEK
If you are thinking about learning something new, developing existing baking skills or joining me in the Bread Shed to practice your skills have a look at the courses coming up on my website or drop me a line for a tailored course.
