I was delighted to be mentioned in April’s BBC Easy Cook and May’s BBC Good Food magazines recently. Sri Lankan Hoppers are very popular now, and I had a great time teaching Keith Kendrick from the BBC how to make them. If you’d like to see the mentions, you can find PDF versions on my website’s Reviews page.
As you can imagine I’ve had plenty of enquiries thanks to the publicity, and my class bookings are pretty full with people wanting to try something new and different.
Please don’t however let this deter you from getting in touch – if you have a particular date in mind that isn’t one of the published class dates, do get in touch and we can set up a custom class, if I’m available. You can even choose dishes which aren’t listed, which is great if you have any dietary or allergy constraints. You can use the Contact page to reach me, or call me on 07494 144 117.
Last but not least, I want to thank all of you who have come to a class already – I’d never have appeared in the BBC magazines without your love and support– thank you so much. I’ve met so many fascinating people and made some wonderful new friends – do keep in touch and let me know how you’re getting on with the Sri Lankan cooking!
