As we approach the end of this academic year, lets take a look back at the last few weeks. Our children have loved exploring a range of topic such as Road safety, Under the sea, Recycling, People who help us, Superheros, Formula 1, Holidays etc. We have been delighted to welcome a few special visitors to our pre-school too !! The visit from Woodford Fire station was their favourite 🚒

Our Summer term so far !! We have been busy talking about Healthy eating and Oral Health with lots of discussion around favourite foods. We were fortunate to have a Nutritionist visit and speak to the children about healthy eating and food that make you grow big and strong. Children enjoyed taking part in activities to mark the King's coronation.
We also welcomed two new additions to our pre-school family. 'Happy' and 'Upsy Daisy' are happily swimming away in their new home and are enjoying the extra attention !!

Here are some of the photos from the Spring term. It was certainly a busy one! We celebrated some special days and festivals such as the Chinese New year, Holi, World Book Day, International Women’s day and Children’s Mental Health Week. Our 'Wells Greatest Hits Concert' was certainly a big hit! Our children thoroughly enjoyed ‘Science week’ where we conducted a few experiments and explored colour. Focusing on books like ‘The 3 little Pigs’ and ‘Supertato’ created lots of role play opportunities. Children enjoyed planting their beans and our Annual Sponsored Bean Grow competition proved to be very competitive amongst parents once again.

I’m sure Summer term will be just as exciting !!

Here is a photo drop for the first half of Autumn Term. The children have taken part in lots of exciting activities, exploring different Topics, such as, Owl Babies, Harvest, Diversity, Friendships, Space and Diwali. The children also enjoyed a visit from our local Police.
