Year 3 enjoyed a day at the Natural History Museum. They attended a workshop on earthquakes and volcanoes.

On January 28th, as part of our Resilience Week, we will be visited by GB gymnast, Saffron Severn. In preparation for her visit, Mr Wilsmore led an assembly and demonstrated some of the activities the children will participate in.

After-school Fencing classes started today and all the children enjoyed the experience. There are a few spaces left for the second session. Contact Fighting Fit Fencing for details.

The Anne Frank Trust UKThank you to Bethany from the Anne Frank Trust for delivering workshops on Antisemitism and Islamophobia for our pupils in years 5 and 6.

Our Winter Fair raffle winners were announced in assembly today. Congratulations to all! Wishing everyone a happy holiday and best wishes to those families celebrating Christmas and Hanukkah!

The children are enjoying playing on our new interactive fitness boards. Some very high scores have been reached!

A very special visitor arrived at Frith Manor this morning and was extremely busy, delivering presents to all the classes. Thank you to Father Christmas and his wonderful elf!

We are so proud of Julia, year 4, who cut off her hair and donated it to the cancer foundation Rak'N'Roll, for people who have lost their hair during cancer treatment. A new wig will be created from Julia’s natural hair and will be given to a person in need for free. We think that’s wonderful. Well done, Julia!

Our choir visited Aarandale care home yesterday and sang some carols for the residents.

Lovely concert this evening. Wonderful performances from our talented young musicians. Well done, everyone, and thank you to Ruth Cohen for organising the event.

The children have loved walking through the school seeing our amazing Christmas Doors.

Thank you to Jed and members of Fighting Fit Fencing, who came to tell us all about a new fencing club starting at Frith Manor in January. A poster has been emailed to parents. Places will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Childcare vouchers accepted.
